All Brush Creek Ranch wedding experiences are personally-tailored and all-inclusive, allowing couples to host the most intimate private celebration or include up to 150 guests. Package rates include: guest accommodations, three gourmet meals daily, our premium beer, wine and spirits program from 4pm – 12am daily, unlimited use of our vast assortment of adventures and activities including gear and guides, live entertainment for rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony venue to include seating, non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival, horse drawn carriage arrival/departure for the bride and groom, any audio needed for ceremony, one hour cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, plated four course dinner with dessert, wine with dinner and open bar following dinner until 12am, all tables, chairs, china, glass and flatware as well as band staging.
