There is something magical that happens when art, food and fabulous people come together. At the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton our guests enjoyed cocktails and fine art inside the museum, and dined at two stunningly long farmhouse tables under a series of hanging bistro lights and endless candles. The monofloral approach showcased miniature white callas lilies set in rectilinear glass containers. Some were placed on their side to receive the family style dinner that was overseen by super star chef Alfred Portable from Gotham Bar and Grill and our own FOOD Inc.
