Cunningham Farm in New Gloucester, Maine boasts more than 90 acres of land inclusive of three event barns, a pond, a river, a meandering brook, rock walls, and an iconic tree farm – complete with a white farm fence – there couldn’t be a more beautiful property to serve as a backdrop for a Maine wedding, event or occasion.

Our guests are given a blank canvas for their event to make Cunningham Farm their own. We supply the stunning space to bring your vision to life.

The Dairy Barn (c. 1820)

Our largest barn on the property at 2880 sq. ft. of entertaining space. Additional, attached square footage includes bar, restrooms, and blank catering space.

Accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated dinner- also a great spot for large meetings and events where guests can mingle.

The Hay Barn (c. 1895)

Our medium-sized barn on the property at 1800 sq. ft. Accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated dinner – also a great spot for cocktail hour, indoor ceremonies, rehearsal dinners or welcome drinks.

The Carriage Barn (c. 1895)

Our smallest barn on the property at 600 sq. ft. Accommodates up to 30 guests for a seated dinner.
