This contemporary St. Barth’s wedding was simple and sleek, taking advantage of the gorgeous scenery with a ceremony on the beach. The two happy grooms said their “I dos” under a series of reflective arches. We cheated perspective with the inwards moving platform and arches that shrank progressively towards the horizon, making guests feel as if they were moving into the glistening waters ahead. Dinner at Le Toiny continued the reflective theme with mirrored round tables and an array of decorative orbs. The serpentine-shaped head table also featured glass and mirror orbs, with ombre hints of blue as the napkins moved outwards to either end. Renowned Chef Alfred Portale served up a mouthwatering meal before guests made their way to the custom-built dance floor, elevated above water and surrounded on either side by synchronized swimmers and a dazzling pyrotechnics display. Delighted guests were treated to a surprise performance by Paris Hilton, dancing into the late hours of the night.
