DINNER AT JAIGARH FORT
ABOUT THIS EVENT
The venue for this spectacular night was Jaigarh Fort, set in the mountains about 40 mins outside of Jaipur . While the guests were of Indian origin, they lived in Hong Kong. We told their story of a journey down the Orient River starting in Hong Kong and making its way down the river to Bollywood, ending the night in a 1940’s inspired Opium Den. They entered the party through a series of 20 giant archways with drummers and fire pots, which got progressively smaller as guests walked through.
Stilt walkers lead guests into the second courtyard for Asian delights served from Dhows and enjoyed amazing entertainment. The journey continued to the third courtyard for a Bollywood-styled Sangeet clad in orange, pink and purple. Following the Sangeet guests made their way to the last courtyard, a custom-made club called Club Supra. The 1940’s opium den-inspired night club had sexy red fringe and red lighting, with a dance floor outlined in hanging black fringe. Sultry opium beds surrounded the courtyard for hookah and relaxation, while other guests danced and mingled late into the night.
